It is expressly agreed that the Insurer’s obligations under the coverage of this policy will end when the Insured returns to his or her usual place of residence or is admitted to a health care facility located a maximum of 25 km away from said place of residence. When the country of origin of the trip does not coincide with the country of the Insured’s habitual residence, the premium to be charged will be that which would correspond if the trip had been started in the country of his habitual residence.
FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE INSURED:
For the purposes of the insurance, the spouse, de facto couple or person permanently cohabiting with the INSURED, as well as his/her family members up to the second degree of kinship, whether by consanguinity or collateral line, will be considered family members of the INSURED. In addition, for this purpose, any person cohabiting with the INSURED and crediting such cohabitation by certification of residence will be considered a family member of the INSURED.
